Slumping Again

So there I was all pumped up, did my Day 1 of 30 day shred and thought ok i can do this (well to a degree that girl gives you a workout!) then the next day we go for a family outing, spend 3hrs walking through the woods geocaching whilst babywearing (supermum type day ha) and boy did i pay for that!
Next few days were a complete write off of pain and aches and complete exhaustion. Learn my limits, really need to do that, and then after that I also come down with a head cold blergh.
Which brings us to today still fighting off the cold, no exercise, although i did walk half an hour home with the girls on sat up and down and up some steep hills so thats something i guess!
But I haven't gained, and thats a positive, we have even had some takeout and such like and for the time being i have stagnated again which isnt great but isnt the end of the world either.
So what now? Well next month we are going camping and I was hoping to feel a little leaner before the holiday which means I need to work hard for the next 4weeks to achieve this. BUT I must remember to work within my limits so I dont burn myself out like before.
